Nominating Committee
The process for identifying nominees and holding GCA elections.

Committee membership
The President appoints the committee from the Administrative Board. The Past President chairs. The Glencroft Vice President of Development participates ex officio without a vote.
Nominating
The committee develops a list of nominees, submits it for Board review, and presents it to the membership at least ten days before a scheduled election.
Candidate consent
No candidate’s name may be placed in nomination without that person’s written consent. The President-Elect must be a Glencroft resident and registered volunteer.
Voting
General elections take place in December. Ballots are used and a plurality elects. An uncontested office may be filled by voice vote or acclamation.
