Its job

Review the GCA bylaws every year and develop any recommended changes.

Committee members

The President chairs the standing committee. The bylaws identify the Secretary, President-Elect, one additional GCA Board member, and the FRC Resident Board member. At least five members are required.

Annual review

The committee reviews the bylaws during June, July and August, and submits proposed changes to the Administrative Board for review at its August meeting.

Changing the bylaws

Amendments must be made available at least ten days before the meeting considering them. Approval requires a two-thirds vote of the membership with a quorum of 45 present.
