Membership Meetings

Section 1 – Annual

The Annual Membership meeting will be held in January of each year. A year-end financial Report will be presented by the Treasurer and other year-end reports will be received as requested by the President. Newly elected officers will be installed and others selected by the Executive Board will be recognized.

Section 2 – Regular

Regular membership meetings will be scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month of the year except during the summer break (June, July and August).

The November membership meeting includes presentation of the next year’s ballot and proposed budget.

The December membership meeting includes the annual election and approval of the proposed budget.

Section 3 – Special

Special meetings may be called by the President, the Board or by petition of twenty or more members. The purpose of the meeting shall be stated in the call. Except in the case of an emergency, notice of a Special meeting shall be published at least three days in advance.

Section 4 – Quorum

A quorum for Annual, Regular and Special meetings shall be forty-five (45) members in attendance.
