Administrative Board

Section 1 – Administrative Board Membership

A: Elected members: Past President; President; President-Elect; Vice President; Secretary; Treasurer; Members at Large (3).

B: Ex-officio voting members: Thrift Shop Manager; Tulip Patch Gift Shop Manager; Resident Representative Coordinator; Spiritual Life Coordinator; FRC Resident Board Member (if not already an elected or ex-officio GCA Board member).

C: Ex-officio non-voting members: Glencroft Sr. Director of Campus Life; Glencroft VP of Philanthropy.

Section 2 – Board Authority

The Administrative Board shall administer and oversee the total program and all affairs of the GCA and shall be responsible to transact the necessary business of the GCA between scheduled membership meetings without membership approval.

Section 3 – Administrative Board Meetings

Regular: Regular Board meetings will be scheduled for the third Thursday of each month of the year except for a summer break during May, June and July.
Quorum: A majority of the elected and ex-officio voting members present at any properly called meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

Section 4 – Administrative Board Attendance

All voting board members shall make every effort to attend all regularly scheduled Community and Board meetings. If a member is absent without cause for three consecutive meetings, the Board may give notice of termination.
